Your responsibilities
- Preparing budget and forecast for Company Management.
- Cooperating with Finance Department during month-end and year-end closing operations.
- Keeping documentation related to claims insurance.
- Fulfilment of all operational activities in connection with the performance of the local finance affairs.
- Maintaining the contracts and all other documents in DMS M-Files system.
- Supporting and cooperation with local management, Sales Department and HQ Financial Department.
Our requirements
- Technical (preferably) or commercial master degree.
- Energetic and enterprising sales person with minimum 5 years experience and a proven track record from technical B2B-sales in electrotechnical business + min 3 year of leading a team.
- Positive and out-going attitude and the capability of working both independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a structured working style and diplomatic approach to customers.
- High-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts.
- Apart from native Polish, English language skills on a very good communicative level.
- Knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, ERP).
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism is a must.
