Your responsibilities

  • Driving strategic direction and marketing plans in alignment with the business objectives of the country

  • Lead generation for the Polish market

  • Boosting local brand awareness through dedicated campaigns and direct involvement into PR activities

  • Supporting marketing in generating relevant content

  • Generating and nurturing MQLs, scoring SQLs

  • Managing cross-functional projects

  • Promoting Marketing & Sales alignment at local level

  • Cooperation with marketing teams

  • Organizing trade fairs and online events

  • Speaking at events and being involved in other local PR activites

  • Organizing and hosting webinars

  • Brand advocacy and local networking including active participation in marketing-related social media groups and forums

  • Local thought leadership

  • Liaising with external partners

  • Creating and growing local marketing partnerships

  • Collaborating with the Polish team (SMB peers)

Our requirements

  • Have 5+ years of relevant B2B field marketing experience leading a regional demand generation strategy across multiple customer segments and products

  • Take ownership and drive inbound strategy and implementation to drive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition and revenue for the Polish market

  • Have proven track record of defining and executing demand marketing strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs (MQLs, SQLs)

  • Have deep understanding of lead management and sales funnel management

  • Digital and tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern digital marketing solutions and technologies (PPC, SEO, HTML, CSS, marketing CRM systems, Google Analytics, marketing automation, SEM, account-based marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology)

  • Have experience of working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution

  • Are data-driven: passionate about delighting and growing our user base through data. You have been using Amplitude/Mixpanel, Hubspot CRM or a similar tool to funnel metrics

  • and product adoption

  • Speak fluent English (any other language would be a bonus)


  • Have already run educational webinars or podcasts and been a speaker at conferences on tech products

  • Have already worked with Sales in the SaaS environment
