an international Client with a foreign capital
Your responsibilities
Strategy development and execution within your approved budget to meet sales targets.
Direct management of the 2-3 full-time Sales Coordinators and 5-10 part-time Meeting Leaders.
Staff recruitment, engagement, and development.
Step into any aspect of the job necessary to help the team achieve its goals. These aspects will include tele sales, screening candidates, visiting schools/universities, hiring and training office and field staff.
Management of quality control and customer service via contact with US operations
Employer requirements
3-5 years’ work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, with at least 1 of those years in a sales management role with staff management.
University/College graduate. A marketing or business degree is advantageous
Full proficiency in Polish and English
Experience in budget management
Proven capability with direct sales and customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
High level of personal motivation – you are proactive and a real “self-starter,”
A strong, hands-on leader, who will be able to take ownership from day one
Team player
