Country Sales Director

Key tasks:

  • A independent position
  • Active acquisition of customers and sales of the company's services, mainly comprehensive logistics services for e-commerce sector  
    - Searching for potential customers
    - Analyzing customers' needs and advising them on solutions offered by the company
    - Preparation of project presentations, offers, and valuations
    - Conducting trade negotiations (offers/contracts)
  • Implementation of the assumed sales plans
  • Close cooperation within the organization in order to implement projects in accordance with customers’ requirements.
  • Market analysis: creating customer and competition databases
  • Active participation in the development of current services and in designing of new services
  • Promotion of Ingram Micro services at industry events and in publishing houses in Poland

Reports:

  • Directly to Managing Director of the Ingram Micro
  • Dotted line reports to Head of the European Sales Team

Position Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on objectives combined with own initiative and entrepreneurship
  • Very good knowledge of the contract logistics services market
  • Understanding of logistics processes and customer service
  • Knowledge of the fulfillment services in the e-commerce industry is welcome
  • Experience in conducting the customer acquisition process from A to Z
  • Ability to make price calculations, proposals, and presentations
  • Ability to communicate and to establish and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of English, which enables cooperation within the corporation and contacts with potential customers
  • Successful experience in B2B sales in the logistics services industry
