For our client, the French consulting group DZIESIĄTY WRZEŚNIA,

supporting companies from various industries in obtaining state aid, incentives and subsidies to finance their innovative projects, due to the dynamic development on the Polish market,

we are looking for a person for the position:

Country Sales Manager – POLAND

Your responsibilities

  • Building a customer portfolio;

  • Active support to increase the base of handled customers;

  • Building long-term business relationships;

  • Developing a network of institutional partners;

  • Participation in business meetings with management boards and decision-makers in companies, presentation of provided services, selecting an appropriate project for the development of the enterprise, negotiating contract terms;

  • Recognizing and meeting customer needs by proposing personalized solutions;

  • Providing comprehensive, top-quality customer service;

  • Close cooperation with expert team of engineers from Poland and France;

  • Ongoing reporting of sales results to the group, close cooperation with the management board and business engineers in Poland and France.

Employer requirements

  • High business awareness and excellent managerial competences;

  • Professional experience (minimum 7 years) in sales management in a consulting or financial company;

  • Knowledge of solutions in the field of incentives and subsidies (including R&D incentive, IT Box, grants for innovations);

  • Master in business and/or technology (engineering);

  • Ability to set goals and control their implementation;

  • Ability to easily make contact and build long-term business relationships;

  • Focus on achieving results and high motivation to work;

  • Ability to work under time pressure, resistance to stress;

  • Willingness to business travel;

  • Fluent English;

  • Driving licenses category B.
