Your responsibilities

  • Creating, planning and implementing sales & performance strategy for dedicated business lines at country level, taking into account the impact of areas beyond "pure" sales (e.g. Logistics, Production, Transport)

  • Strategic Talent management and empowerment, building a culture of partnership & collaboration and mastery in achieving results through the teamwork

  • Co-creating and implementing Customer Experience and Employee Experience strategies

  • Effective management of the organizational structure and teams’ efficiency

  • Change management

  • Maintaining a high level of ROI from relationships with key customers

  • Developing your own leadership potential

  • Supporting and co-creating a culture of the highest standards of EH&S

Our requirements

  • Significant experiences as a Sales Manager responsible for leading managers - supported by business successes as well as accomplishments as people leader. Experience in leader’s influence on the overall customer’s value chain, will be an additional advantage,

  • Leadership maturity and the ability to benefit from feedback, coaching communication and mentoring relationships,

  • Master’s degree - technical specialization will be an advantage,

  • Personal experience as sales strategy creator,

  • Experience and ease in working with business data and numbers, drawing conclusions and building business recommendations

  • The ability to make decisions and establish relations in the matrix structure thanks to excellent interpersonal skills

  • Mature negotiation skills and capability to build business relationships based on broader ​than “only price” advantages and values

  • Fluent English – written and spoken, driving license and openness for travelling

We are currently looking for Country Sales Manager - Packaged Gases, who will be in charge of creating and implementing the sales strategy of compressed gases portfolio for Poland market.

Location - to be discussed (preferably Central Poland).

Reporting to: CEO Air Products Poland.
