Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring and retaining sellers on the platform with a modern and SaaS approach to sales.

  • Developing categories - sellers and their offers (inventory management)

  • Managing customer database and efficient navigation in CRM tools.

  • Very close cooperation with the marketing department and with other sales teams in the region.

  • Deep understanding of sales funnel, sales metrics and relation between their improvements and growth in overall sales result generated by the company.

  • Willingness to drive change within the organization, perseverance in chasing metrics improvement.

  • Ability to build, maintain and use relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Being a leader to sales team. Coach them, setting goals, determining indicators, sponsor their growth and prepare them to be successful in the growing merXu structure.

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • +7 years of experience in B2B /online sales and +5 years of experience in managerial roles.

  • Ability to speak and write in Polish and English fluently.

  • Analytical approach to sales management.

  • Strong people management skills with experience in building teams.

  • Significant experience in running Sales Teams with a proven track record of successful improvements resulting in efficiency growth within sales structures.

  • Proven and successful experience managing cross-functional sales teams.

  • Hands-on experience in implementing sales processes and strategies.


  • The strategic development of SMEs' customer base within an industrial segment.

  • Operating in fast-changing environments (start-ups).

  • Organizational development and working with a diverse team in a regional environment.

  • Collaborating with distributed international Teams (CEE included).
