Your responsibilities

  • Use your SaaS sales experience to deliver new sales in the area

  • Follow consultative sales methods

  • Manage regional sales growth targets, including sales pipeline and forecast management

  • Write great sales proposals tailored to our clients’ needs

  • Develop local client business case studies, becoming an expert in Poland

  • Develop solutions-led RFP responses and new business pitches for major clients - based on insights and industry knowledge

  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients through to signature of agreement

Our requirements

  • 3 years' recent enterprise SaaS sales experience

  • Strong sales track-record (minimum 5 years) with proven results

  • Native Polish speaker with very good English

  • Hunter mentality to acquire new clients, this is a sales only role

  • Excellent relationship and networking skills

  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently and within a sales team

  • Confidence in representing Coniq at conferences and events

  • Ability to travel for face to face meetings within the territory and head office in London

  • An understanding of shopping centre or retail / CRM / loyalty marketing a plus

As Coniq's exclusive partner in Poland we are looking for a talented and experienced Country Sales Manager / BDM with SaaS sales experience to join their Global Sales Team.

Location: any in Poland.

Coniq powers well over £1 billion of sales annually for its clients, with more than 20 million consumers shopping at 1,800 brands in 24 countries worldwide, and has offices in Europe, the US and the Middle East. This is an extremely exciting individual contributor role to grow the international sales of Coniq’s world-class SaaS based CRM and Loyalty solutions across the Polish and Eastern European territories. Based in Warsaw or one of our UK/European offices when Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, you will divide your time between visiting clients and attending events across this territory.
