Your responsibilities

  • Be in charge of initiatives to improve couriers experience within the company

  • Identify proactively and lead initiatives to improve processes and service we provide for our Glovers (couriers)

  • Be accountable for couriers Pledge and held regular sessions with couriers to gather their feedback and identify areas of improvement

  • Prepare and create materials for couriers onboarding and educational purposes

  • Act as project coordinator, leading initiatives from the moment of brainstorming through different phases: planning, execution, test phase, control and presentation of final output and provide recommendations

  • Suggest, align and report to the Global Team local results and share best practices with other countries

  • Work on Glovers experience and put a lot of gas into it and help us become the #1 platform of couriers choice!

Our requirements

  • Customer Service experience

  • Great people and leadership skills - you will be the person of reference for our Glovers Fleet :)

  • Really good communications skills and customer service approach

  • Orientation to detail, proactivity and great organization skills

  • Proficient Excel and Google Sheets knowledge

  • Fluency in English and Polish

  • An analytical approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
