Your responsibilities
Use your knowledge to construct and translate creative briefs and story themes into a compelling experience across all consumer touchpoints, including strategy and brand development
Lead, manage, and inspire our multi-disciplinary team of professionals while working alongside other creative directors
Drive true collaboration between teams, creative directors, and customers, and foster the professional growth of every member of your team
Effectively guide the client and team members to the best solutions through smart branding strategies, creative decision-making, and leadership
Ensure that the level of creative superpower rises to Admind’s proven standards. Our clients’ needs should be not only satisfied but exceeded
Our requirements
You are a person with proven leadership abilities and at least 8 years of experience in a creative agency, branding agency, or design studio, with at least 4 years of experience in building and leading creative teams
You have a proven experience with digital design media
You have a proven track record of working closely with international brands and leading projects and campaigns across a wide variety of industry sectors by linking creative strategy to client objectives
You have the ambition to go beyond the traditional lines, being agile, adaptable, and able to work around roadblocks
You have presentation and communication skills, bringing charisma and passion to pitch ideas to both the client and internal stakeholders
You can creatively thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
You have a diverse portfolio with a collection of digital projects in it
You are available for travel and business trips (maximum 10% of the time)
You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
