    A talented and self-driven individual able to leverage strong IT or Project Management experience to facilitate a growing automation demand. The individual will work closely with global business units to ensure that the solutions developed meet the business needs as well as follow development and industry standards. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform Project Analysis of requirements received for each development effort.
    • Manage a list of development efforts over a dispersed number of business areas.
    • Engage the existing development resources to ensure best practices are being applied and or promote new best practices.
    • Manage/maintain oversight of the promotion and demonstration of strategic initiatives.
    • Delegate tasks and monitor team’s workload. Train, develop junior staff.
    • Be responsible for providing assistance, train and help subordinates.
    • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Business contacts globally.
    • Continually review and redefine development processes e.g. learn new methods.
    • Prepare relevant project documentation according to agreed standards.
    • Provide regular status reporting to the project/program leads and management.
    • Track, manage and escalate issues and risks.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time.
    • Conduct adhoc reports, administration, projects and tasks as required.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A University Degree technology/IT or related field.
    • Further qualifications in IT related field would be an asset.
    • People management or willingness to develop in this area would be an advantage.
    • 3-plus years’ experience of concentrated use of Microsoft products (Excel, Access, VBA) or proven Project management skills.
    • Any other programming language knowledge would be a plus (i.e. C#, VB.NET, Python).
    • Experience in working in a development team.
    • Familiarity of Agile development methods would be an advantage.
