• Provide brand & creative input in strategy, campaigns and projects for brands and agencies;
• Partner with clients and agencies to develop best in class advertising on TikTok;
• Concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication;
• Facilitate brainstorms - towing the line between creative expression and brand realities;
• Develop creative deliverables, including but not limited to - digital, social and brand presentations;
• Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members;
• Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations.
Strong understanding of the region and grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant, and an eye for upcoming trends;
5+ years experience with a mix of brand and creative background;
Experience within both a creative or brand agency & in-house;
Strong experience in copywriting, expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts;
Proven experience in creative and brand strategy;
Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately;
Proficient both in English and in one of CE languages: Polish, Romanian, Czech or Hungarian.
