In this role, you have the opportunity to:
drive credit risk evaluation and monitoring compliances for the Legal entities in your scope and ensure the credit control activities are executed in line with the local and global credit policy.
You are responsible for:

Set-up credit risk framework - set credit limits, monitor compliance.

Manage delinquency controls.
-
Ensure timely communication, escalation and resolution of credit risks and customer disputes.

Bridgehead for interaction with customers in certain geographies where collection activities have been outsourced.

Prepare documentation for filing of instruments used in securing credit decisions, including but not limited to credit insurance, letters of credit, UCCs (maintain local relationship, maximise limit coverage and manage claims) and maintaining guarantees to mitigate credit risk and support sales.

Facilitate release of blocked sales orders based on defined approval matrix with each business.

Create and / or review credit reports.

Responsible for compliance of ICS checks.

Support and develop accounts receivable process improvements and Master data quality.

Prepare and contribute content for credit risk committee meetings.

Leverage credit risk mitigation tools to keep the customer level, region level and market level risk exposure within limit.

Process credit limit modification requests.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

University degree in Finance or equivalent.

At least 6 years of progressive work experience in area of Credit and Collection with focus on credit analyst.

Ability to work with Cross functional teams and influence colleagues outside own process domain.

SAP & FSCM knowledge is preferred.

Effective listening and communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills.

Proactive and hands on attitude, goal oriented and perseverant.

Team oriented and process driven.

Fluent communication skills in English (both oral and written) is required (Local language skills may be required depending on country of hiring
