Your responsibilities

  • Financial analysis of our customers in accordance with the Group principles

  • Assistance in preparing reports (regular and ad-hoc) for the management board of the CANPACK Group

  • Collecting financial and economic information about our customers

  • Analysis and reporting of receivables and the level of usage of the trade limits

  • Collecting data necessary to update internal sales prices conditions, updating price lists and calculating variable prices based on price formulas

  • Periodic verification of selling prices

  • Rebates calculation for our customers in accordance with contracts

  • Reconciling with customers amounts resulting from price volatility in accordance contracts and with the Group principles

  • Booking of reserves in the SAP system, verification of accounting documents (in formal and tax terms

  • If you decide to join our team you will be verifying the correctness of prices, checking of the conditions for the payment of rebates/bonuses to our customers in accordance with the contracts signed by our Sales Department. You will also be collecting and analyzing financial data of our customers as well as supporting set up and maintenance of credit limits for these customers. This job will give you an opportunity to support our Sales Department and Management of our company by preparation of various standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis in the area of credit limits, receivables, rebates and bonuses as well as a chance to cooperate with our Group companies across the globe.

Our requirements

  • University degree in economics

  • Experience in accounting, finance or in similar position

  • Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting rules

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) – B2

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • The ability to think analytically

  • Good organization of work

  • Reliability in carrying out entrusted tasks

  • Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage
