Credit Management Analyst
The team you will be a part of
The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
This role in summary
As a Credit Management Analyst, you will be responsible for credit management activities for MEA Export area customers portfolio i.e. collection, risk assessment, monitor and adjusting customer credit limits within company policy and process.
Your responsibilities will include
- Monitoring payment discipline, payments collection
- Disputed cases solving
- Blocking & Unblocking orders
- Credit Limits granting/monitoring in line with Company Credit Policy
- Performing month-end activities
- Direct customer contact (phone, e-mail)
- Reconciling Trade Partners balances
- Interacting with finance and sales local teams
- Supporting finance team on additional operative and reporting tasks
- Fulfilling SOX audits criteria
Minimum requirements
- Proficiency in English - both spoken and written
- Account Receivables / Credit Management maintenance experience
- Experience with SAP or other ERP program/system
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
Preferred skills and experiences
- Education from Economics or Finance area
- Ability to work in a global, international environment
- Proficiency in other European languages
- Excellent communication skills and business focus
- Experience in other financial departments (AP, RTR)
