Your responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive credit reviews of prospective and existing customers by investigating and verifying the customer’s financial status and position. Analyzing bank and trade references, reviewing D&B and CRM reports and analyzing financial statement information to determine customers’ credit worthiness.
Reviewing /approving orders on hold for established customers.
Establish and/or maintain customer account credit limits and manage special credit arrangements and/or deviations from standard payment terms. Estimating creditworthiness and establishing credit lines for customers.
Monitoring FSCM credit module to keep information valid and updated in accordance with SOX requirements.
Reviewing pre-sales opportunities based on the request from sales team.
Achieving established individual and department goals in the areas of turnaround time of orders released from hold and overall number of orders going on hold by maintain appropriate customer’s credit profiles.
Being key point of contact in terms of credit queries.
Effectively communicates with sales staff and other internal departments to drive process improvements and achieve targeted results.
Generating reports required for credit process review.
Our requirements
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivables - preferably in credit management
Experience in using credit databases / credit management tools would be highly desirable
Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal at least B2)
Higher degree in economics/finance area will be an asset
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Must be professional and ethical with high integrity
Sense of urgency and an absolute commitment in achieving goals
Process driven and well-organized, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests
Attention to details and accuracy
Very good analytical skills
Evening working hours: (8.5h between 2pm and 12am)
