Credit Management and TPI Analyst in Accounts Receivable

Job scope

We are looking for a Credit Management and TPI Analyst in Accounts Receivable to join our finance organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets. 
The role is located in the heart of Łódź, nearby Łódź – Fabryczna.

Your tasks in this role

  • Credit management activities for EMEA area customers portfolio, risk assessment, monitor and adjust customer credit limits within company policy and process
  • Controlling the level of TPI ( Trade Partners Incentives)  reserve to ensure proper amounts for bonuses, payouts after-sales bonuses (TPI) process management in SAP (accrual maintenance, analysis, timely payouts, performing month-end activities, reporting)
  • Constant cooperation with finance and sales local team
  • Managing customers accounts on a daily basis, contacting them via email and phone
  • Managing disputes - coordinating the resolution and clarifying any issues with the client or/and departments in charge
  • Cash Collection activities
  • Managing customer relations
  • Account reconciliation
  • Performing month-end activities
  • Looking for areas of improvement in the process

Background and Experience
Minimum requirements to succeed

  • Fluent English (any other language would be a plus)
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position or related field
  • Good knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well organized and Team Spirit building skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details
