Your responsibilities
Support of Manning Superintendent’s duties
Coordinating and organizing Trainings
Administrative coordination through available systems
Ensure that planned personnel have required training as per Client’s Training Matrix
Coordinate with Finance Department regarding the wages and other allowances and benefits of hired personnel
Contact with internal companies and clients
Adhere to the Quality Management System
Conform to the effective implementation of Risk Management System of the organization
Perform other lawful orders of the Superior
Our requirements
Completed BS College or University Degree
English language level B2 or higher
Open and dedicated team player
Developed communication and analytical skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Positive “can do” attitude
