    We are now looking for an:

    Critical Incident Management Officer with NOC or Central Monitoring Experience

    Localization: preferably for our Gliwice or Katowice location but it will also be possible to be based in Częstochowa

    Key thighs:

    • Experience in dealing with critical incidents within IT environment (min. 2 years)
    • Stress management skills
    • Communication skills (be able to talk to management and technicians)
    • ITIL v3 knowledge
    • Good to have technical background

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead during Critical Incident (ITIL severity 1) situations and help to resolve Critical Incidents
    • Participate in on-call duty for Critical Incident Management (24/7)
    • Identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams
    • Contribute to prevention of Critical Incidents
    • Follow the implemented processes (ITIL)
    • Participate in projects


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor or university degree
    • Basic knowledge of Data Center infrastructure (Storage, Network, AD, Security) and/or Network Infrastructure and/or Application Operation
    • Very high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills
    • English skills: fluently, written and spoken
    • Ability to work independently in an international team and at the same time able to organize/coordinate work with others
    • Pro-active behavior, take initiative to improve our daily work
    • Willingness to travel internationally (occasionally)
    • ITIL v3 Foundation certified is a plus
