Your responsibilities
Deliver innovative and advanced applications on top of the best CRM and cloud platform
Identify business and functional requirements
Provide analytical support for clients and the development team
Customize Salesforce CRM and build new apps using clicks, not code
Grow and apply your knowledge of Salesforce to solve clients' business challenges
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing CRM or ERP systems
Strong process knowledge in Sales, Marketing and/or Service
Willingness to learn about cloud technologies and CRM
Experience in design and / or application development
Interest in trends and new technologies
Good analytical skills
Ability to understand and document business processes
Good communication and presentation skills
Creative approach to solving problems in projects
Good English
Optional
Knowledge of Salesforce platform
Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certificate
Experience in Real Estate or Pharma
Experience in working in Agile project environment
Knowledge of SQL
French or German – working proficiency
