Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for ecommerce high quality traffic acquisition (SEA, SEO & CRM) that results in conversion and long term customer value.
Work with the CRM and media agencies, ecommerce commercial lead manager and the wider brand & digital marketing teams to implement commercially viable and customer centric activity.
Responsible for growing the consumer profile database and GDPR compliance across the business.
Responsible to build our CRM strategy, planning, developing, and implementing direct to consumer campaigns and programs to drive user engagement and improve conversion and repeat rates
Lead CRM analytics and reporting on customer, channel (email & mobile marketing – push notifications) and program performance on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
Take ownership of the end to end CRM lifecycle covering both marketing and transactional emails
To ensure the analysis, enrichment and quality of data from all available touch points, in order to use them correctly for business activities; and guarantee the consistency of data in the CRM.
Our requirements
5 years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced e-commerce company
Passionate about data, analytics and consumer insights
Knowledge of Salesforce marketing cloud, a Salesforce certification is a plus
Exceptional project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Experience working with Coding and Engineering teams to drive technical projects, with a good understanding of information architecture
Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills, with expert spreadsheet knowledge. Tableau experience is a bonus
Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking
Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes
Superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively
Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
Good knowledge of the English language

The role will report to the Sr. Manager of direct to consumer e-commerce. You'll make sure every consumer interaction with our brands is an amazing experience. You'll ensure we put customers' experience first, test concepts faster, validate models quicker and accelerate our ecommerce business. Ultimately your role is to help owners and users of our products increase the value they receive from them over the ownership cycle.
