CRM Campaign Manager
Location: Warszawa

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum 3-5 years experience of working in CRM, either agency or client side, with in-depth experience of using segmentation and marketing automation with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of email processes and CRM applications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is desirable) 
  • Strong analytical mindset and an ability to analyze complex data and to apply learnings to help inform decisions 
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and internal/external teams while sticking to deadlines 
  • Previous line management experience will be beneficial 
  • A self-starter who is happy to create a vision and own the delivery 
  • Naturally curious and being eager to learn new ways of working, and to challenge conventional ways of delivering CRM 
  • Ability to work quickly and flexibly, with the mental agility to make good decisions and embed learning and willing to embrace all aspects of working in a growing business, from strategic thinking to creating processes and training guides

How can you make history with us? 

  • Participate in planning and implement CRM strategy with a focus on data base segmentation and email marketing automation 
  • Manage data migration project in order to deepen segmentation and enrich data points for CRM campaign purpose (targeting & personalization) 
  • Work in collaboration with our Data Processes Manager / GDPR Manager to ensure proper consumer data base management 
  • Be responsible for setting and overseeing CRM campaign implementation by the team, external partners and CRM agency and manage CRM infrastructure and processes to ensure proper implementation of CRM campaigns in accordance with the procedures and service standards 
  • Monitor campaigns results and data base quality and provide insightful reporting analysis to drive learning and improvement 
  • Act as the main point of contact for our email marketing services (local / global teams and CRM agency) and close cooperate with the internal client to ensure the effective use of CRM to maximize business effects 
  • Develop team that support with the delivery of digital campaigns in best practice and provide feedback and training 
  • Work with CRM Lead Manager to ensure marketing effectiveness and adherence to budget management
