Your responsibilities

Lead implementation of new CRM
Map and design best practice processes related to Sales and Marketing
Create blueprint for Digital Sales process for SaaS solutions
Create a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Perform risk and change management
Establish and maintain relationships with Product Owners and third parties or vendors

Our requirements

5+ years CRM implementation experience based on Salesforce or Hubspot preferably
Technology/Telco/Banking experience in designing and implementing Digital Sales processes
Experience in CRM Delivery/Project/Program roles, leading x-functional teams
Strong stakeholder skills across various levels: team, contractors and senior leaders
Skills in planning and project management (practical knowledge in project management)
Knowledge of Agile ways of working (certifications preferred)
Extensive experience in developing comprehensive solution designed to support successful implementation of user stories

Role purpose

We are opening new position within Strategic Initiatives team in order to launch top-notch solution supporting business relations with new customers. The role is available since Feb, 1st as 12 month assignment with opportunites to get extended and grow within Symfonia Group, the unique project on Polish market, focusing on support SME sector.
