    CRM IT Business Support Analyst
    Location: Wrocław

    Who are we looking for?

    • You will collaborate with hiring managers to support a variety of talent acquisition activities, including the following:
    • Managing end-to-end recruiting process based on our global processes – including defining hiring profiles, candidate management, resume reviews, phone screens, interviews and offer negotiations
    • Developing proactive and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and create pipelines for critical skill areas
    • Providing the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience
    • Providing regular, data-driven status updates on the progress of assigned projects
    • Partnering with Compensation team to review, analyze and make recommendations for candidate salaries and compensation packages
    • Cooperating tightly with local HR Operations teams to ensure a seamless handover during the employment and onboarding steps
    • Playing an active part and being an ambassador for promoting PPG as an employer of choice by driving and executing on Employer Branding initiatives
    • Building a strong knowledge base on talent attraction trends for specific target groups
    • Building and maintaining strong campus relations with relevant schools and universities

    Responsibilities

    • Masters’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related discipline
    • Minimum 3 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience within corporate recruiting or agency
    • Experience in social media recruiting
    • Excellent networking, coaching and communication skills
    • Fluent in English (oral and written)
    • A team player and willingness to support when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects
    • Documented experience of exceeding customer expectations in a demanding hiring environment
    • Able to effectively manage multiple client and partner relationships and expectations at different levels of the organization
