Your responsibilities

  • Creating short and long term CRM strategy based on company goals

  • Closely cooperating with global CRM functions

  • Building and executing contact strategy

  • Supporting the brand vision development

  • Providing the strategic and operational support to the Category Marketing Managers to enable the marketing team to effectively communicate marketing messages to target audiences. Working closely in the team loop with Marketing, Digital, Brand, Media.

  • Managing the execution of CRM campaigns and associated campaign reporting

  • Building consumer database which is enabling consumer segmentation

  • Effective using of consumer database to cross sell, upsell, build consumer relations

  • Using of tools like SFMC, Omniture, Google Analytics

  • Adapting existing or create dashboards as required to provide visibility into marketing campaign performance

  • Responsible for quality and management of data

  • Acting as key point of contact for Marketing, Brand and Digital

  • Interact ingregularly with marketing and brand team to understand and strategize the execution and process flow of brand or category communication.

Our requirements

  • University degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with background in marketing, database management, project management

  • Analytical skills

  • Extremely consumer oriented

  • Practical knowledge of CRM tools, MA tools, FB/Instragram camapigns

  • Experience with Consent Management,

  • Able to work autonomously as well as having strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well in a team.

  • Fluency in English

  • Able to challenge and bring fresh ideas to the table, whilst being passionate about online.

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player

  • Ability to multi-task and execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment

  • Solid communication skills, written and verbal

In this role, you have the opportunity to build and improve our global CRM communication programs to build and nurture consumer relationships and drivie acquisitions of consumers to our database.

You are a part of Digital Marketing and E-commerce team lead by Aleksandra Bujnowska.
