CRM Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result driven CRM Marketing Manager to join our
E-Commerce & Marketing team in Warsaw. The E-mail Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing and controlling the execution of the E-Mail Marketing strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Planning and creating and briefing of Newsletter Marketing campaigns
  • Customer segmentation, create journeys and database automations
  • Tracking and managing the channel performance based on defined KPI (OR, CTR, CR)
  • Continuous optimisation of the E-Mail Marketing system, Templates and Flows
  • Evaluating competitors’ Newsletter Marketing strategies and execution
  • Driving growth of the subscriber database, collaborate with retail team to enhance and find different growth areas
  • GDPR compliant consent management (subscriptions, unsubscriptions)
  • Developing and driving E-Mail Marketing campaigns, acting as the main contact for internal stakeholders
  • Establishing a close contact to ECCO Global Digital and other partners to improve overall performance and explore new Newsletter Marketing opportunities
  • Regular performance reporting and recommendations

Minimum Qualification:

  • Min. 3 years of experience as an E-Mail/Newsletter Marketing Manager / Coordinator, preferably of a bigger fashion account in an agency, at an E-Mail Marketing system (Marketing Cloud or others) or at a fashion brand inhouse online marketing department
  • Technical experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Journey builder and consumer data automations is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of all different Newsletter marketing tools and KPI and best practices
  • Profound hands-on experience with CRM Marketing
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company´s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant fields
  • Fluent in English is a must
