Drive Market teams use of CRM Marketing system through the setting up and running of regular Country Market calls, meetings and workshops to understand successes, challenges, any blockers and what support is needed.
Use and promote Marketing Campaign KPIs to understand and identify best practices between the individual Country Markets.
Work with local Marketing Team leaders to ensure appropriate effective Campaign Plans are in place and to help identify any training & support activities in a pro-active approach
Support the planning, testing and deployment of all regular & ad-hoc customer email campaigns and newsletters.
Act as a liaison between local Country Market teams and Regional Digital Marketing teams
Ensure focus exists on data management linking Marketing team data needs to data available via the Sales & Service CRM system
Marketing experience- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
Marketing CRM system (SAP Marketing Cloud or equivalent) experience with regards to functionality, analytics, training or support role strongly desired
Excellent learner and comfortable to learn on-the-job
Strong Organizational and communication skills with an attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Creative analytical/investigative skills
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Fluent in English
