Starting our international expansion, we are looking for a CRM Tools Expert, who will educate and support our sales operations on the solar market for the next few years.
 
This position will require knowledge and experience with CRM Tools maintenance, optimization, processes automatization and close cooperation with Help-Desk team for effective support of European sales expansion of Photovoltaic Solar Roofs offered by SunRoof.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will mainly include:

  • developing and maintaining CRM funnels logic, CRM automatizations as well as marketing automation journeys
  • setting up e-mail campaigns and automated workflows to engage with our customers, monitor our KPIs and metrics to report on the performance of our CRM automatizations and marketing automation journeys
  • Finally, you will be a point of contact for client-facing teams with feedback or requests related to CRM, cooperation with our Helpdesk Team

Requirements:

For successful performance you will have to proof:

  • familiarity with CRM tools and automatization tools (PipeDrive, Zapier)
  • familiarity with CRM tools and automatization tools (i.e. Salesforce, PipeDrive, Zapier)
  • knowledge how to integrate additional tools to CRM tools
  • knowledge about systems for SMS and e-mails campaigns (e.g., MailChimp).
  • analytical approach

You will also need to have:

  • ability to communicate complex technical functions to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding
  • analytical and problem-solving skills, multitasking approach with an adaptability to change
  • proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 
  • strong teamwork skills
  • excellent communication skills as well as organization skills are required.
  • advanced / bilingual / native in English, other languages knowledge will be an asset.

We will also appreciate if you:

  • have been working abroad
  • demonstrate familiarity with Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Hotjar, DataBase Structures
