    Randstad SSC/BPO specializes in conducting recruitment projects for managerial and specialist positions in SSC/BPO sector.     For our client, the global lubricants manufacturing company, currently ranked among the top 15, present in 23 countries, we are looking for candidates to join new business service center in Cracow. 


    CS Team Leader with English or German

    Responsibilities:

    • implementing the established customer service processes in terms of orders collection and insertion, order tracking and invoicing, claim management
    • creating better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers
    • managing domestic operations of multiple markets
    • making provision for a change of mode of operation when the existing one is not yielding maximum results
    • coordinating of the customer service team
    • ensuring accurate and timely handling follow-up of customer orders and claims
    • giving detailed statistical feedback on the organization’s performance in terms of Quality of Service KPIs (on time delivery in full, number of filed claims, etc.) and to team members concerning personal KPIs for staff evaluation and reward purposes
    • giving constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully
    • attending to on time and in the best way possible to give them satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • strong customer-service orientation
    • 3-5 years of people management experience / customer service related environments
    • fluent English or / English and German or / English and Arabic is mandatory
    • excellent operational knowledge of SAP (SAP R/3 is a plus)
    • professional grounding combined with superior people skills
    • awareness of modern day logistic dynamic in an industrial environment
    • performance management
    • very good communication and presentation skills
    • ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
