    We are currently seeking a full-time:

    Customer Service Specialist

    The Customer Service Specialist will work from home and will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with company clients. The Account Manager will also assist other team members to implement services for newly contracted customers.

    The responsibilities include the following:

    • Managing relations with the company’s clients
    • Overseeing the implementation of contracts
    • Obtaining necessary information from clients
    • Attention to detail ensuring clear and effective communication with clients
    • Preparing reports and analyzes related to the implemented services
    • Organizing annual meetings with VIP clients

    The applicants should meet the following requirements:

    • A university degree
    • An excellent command of both written and spoken English; German language skills would be an additional asset
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to work with lots of information, meticulousness, accuracy
    • Full-time availability, i.e. no other regular activities
    • Ability to manage client relationships including high value key accounts
