Customer Administrator with English

Your responsibilities

  • Delivering services to partners, and customers within agreed Service Level Agreements

  • Providing mailbox management / email responses to employees' queries

  • Managing Document Management System

  • Handling ad-hoc requests/queries from customers

  • Managing and updating websites and mobile apps and ensuring they work properly

  • Arranging member communication release

  • Providing governed provider communication to members

  • Providing operational support to Presenting team such as booking management system and reporting

  • Ensuring that all client documentation is archived within the client’s folder

  • Pro-actively identifying issues and risks and flagging them in timely manner

  • Checking if Aon’s pension administration providers have submitted all regulatory returns within the relevant timescales

  • Increasing the level of processing knowledge

  • Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery

  • Continuously giving and asking for constructive feedback

  • Actively attending meetings with the team, internal clients and partners

Our requirements

  • Excel skills

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements

  • Ability to identify and respond to risks

  • Ability to focus on details

  • English level – C1

  • Ability to lead meetings and conference calls if required

  • Ability to manage work streams in a project

  • Ability to work effectively in a project team

  • Excellent time management & organizational skills

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
