Providing mailbox management / email responses to employees' queries
Managing Document Management System
Handling ad-hoc requests/queries from customers
Managing and updating websites and mobile apps and ensuring they work properly
Arranging member communication release
Providing governed provider communication to members
Providing operational support to Presenting team such as booking management system and reporting
Ensuring that all client documentation is archived within the client’s folder
Pro-actively identifying issues and risks and flagging them in timely manner
Checking if Aon’s pension administration providers have submitted all regulatory returns within the relevant timescales
Increasing the level of processing knowledge
Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
Continuously giving and asking for constructive feedback
Actively attending meetings with the team, internal clients and partners
