Your responsibilities

  • Complex support for Czech-speaking customers for the global perfumery chain
  • After-sales customer care
  • Process inbound calls and emails (shop online, taking and processing orders, payment information, general customer care)
  • Maintain the highest quality of customer service in accordance with the standards of the project
  • Provide clients with reliable and accurate information in response to their questions
  • Close cooperation with the support department and Project Manager
  • Active communication within the team and support of the team members

Our requirements

  • Experience in written/telephone customer service is appreciated but not required
  • Czech language level (min.C1) with English(min.B2) or Polish (B2)- to communicate with the team
  • General interest in beauty and current trends- experience in this field is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Reliable and multitasking
  • Good organization skills and flexibility
  • Motivation and willingness to work and learn
  • Cheerful and optimistic attitude towards the client and the team
  • Excellent computer skills and stable internet connection
  • Possible start: 12.09.2022 or 19.09.2022
