    Currently we are looking for Customer Advocacy Support Agent to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź

    Customer Advocacy Support Agent
    Workplace: Łódź

    The purpose of this role is to facilitate the information flow of customer requests from Tate & Lyle Sales , Customer Service or Customer Advocacy to provide the quality information of our numerous products. Initial information provided to customers would be the following items: Product information packets, product specifications, safety data sheets, 3rd party certifications, religious certifications, food safety flow charts, general statements and/or letters.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Interact with various customers (internal and external) to provide standard quality documents on Tate & Lyle products
    • Provide requested documentation quickly – maintain current Service Level Agreement performance
    • Maintain Tate & Lyle product information on web based portals – maintain current Service Level Agreement performance
    • Refresh Tate & Lyle product packets as necessary when changes or updates are made to product specifications, 3rd party audits or religious certifications (refreshment required annually).
    • Ability to assess when customer requests are to be escalated for additional assistance
    • Track work in Customer Advocacy metrics program


    • University degree in Science 
    • Fluent in English is a must
    • Manufacturing background helpful
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent computer skills (SAP, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, Excel)
