To support this growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced:

Customer Advocate 1st Line Support - Spanish Market


  • Interact with customers through  email, chat and phone.
  • Investigating and solving customer's technical issues.
  • Cooperating with other departments.
  • Representing company and maintaining high customer satisfaction level.

  • Excellent customer service skills - the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful and conscientious.
  • Excellent/Native Spanish.
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation.
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • A passion for social media or web-based software.
  • An appreciation for easy to use, intuitive software.


  • Basic knowledge of MySQL.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Services or Account Management.
