For our client, a leading manufacturer of OTC products, as well as medical devices, cosmetics and dietary supplements, we are looking for a person who will fulfill the position of Customer & Strategy Manager (corresponding to the role of Trade Marketing Manager). For this position, we invite all candidates who have experience in pharma (OTC) or FMCG (ideally both) from leading companies, for the position of Trade Marketing Manager, who are enthusiasts of close cooperation with sales, with customers, showing high Independence in their work, and at the same time that are very open and communicative.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating, implementing and Lead Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives throughout product categories in all dedicated channels

  • Responsibility and managing all brands within dedicated portfolio, preparing for them 4P strategy (FMCG market), DWR (pharma), implementing new products on the market

  • Cooperating closely with Sales department, including:

  • Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries

  • Head responsibility to develop, execute and performance of programs created to enhance presence

  • Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers

  • Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities

  • Close cooperation with Marketing, and other departments within the organization

  • Developing action plans for key channels, POS materials, creating programs for the Sales Department and external customers

  • Coordinate communication of price, product and pack changes

  • Setting priorities and KPI on global standards

  • Participating in negotiations with Key Clients Prepares compelling Customer Selling stories based on product benefits and brand positioning adjusted to channel and customer expectations

  • Recommends, develops and launches POS & Displays linked to marketing plan and adjusted to channel and customer expectations

  • Head responsibility to manage and monitor Trade Marketing Investments as well as initiate execution, Manages trade marketing budget, responsibility for P&L

Employer requirements

  • Typically, the ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 5+ years of professional experience in leading FMCG or OTC companies, at least 2 of which is in Sales.

  • Strong analytical skill, able to interpret quantitative and qualitative information, and make commercial recommendations and data based decision.

  • Solid understanding of the selling process.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, including oral and written communication. Collaborative and able to work as a member of a team.

  • Works well under tight timelines and has ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment.

  • Promotional Management - Responsible for leading the account's promotional planning and execution. Is responsible for promotional forecasting.

  • Develops and implements merchandising strategies designed to help achieve the sales plan at assigned customers.

  • Collaborates with the Key Account Managers to develop promotional plans in support of key new item launches.

  • Collaborates with Marketing and Marketing Information to utilize category and product information to develop and sell-in promotional calendar. Utilizes data from customer loyalty programs to develop targeted consumer promotional events.

  • Utilizes sales data from both customer and Perrigo to measure and validate brand initiatives.

  • Proven working experience as in Trade Marketing, 5+ years in leading FMCG or OTC (Dermocosmetic brands)

  • Experience in Sales and Key Account management

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency in English

  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

  • Ability to think strategically and to lead

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
