Your responsibilities
Responsibility for solving all inbound customer requests with one touch
Responsibility for contract adjustments and changes
Building customer awareness of using self-service channels, through MyHome and other local customer interfaces
Support the development of the CMS in collaboration with dedicated teams
Face-to-face customer support, i.e. walk-ins
Tenant communication and settlement
Management of late payment processes
Organizing satisfaction surveys among customers, proposing solutions to support high performance
Ensuring security of customers' personal information in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures
Timely reporting
Creating and evaluation of customer relations procedures
Management of the company's office
Managing a team of specialists
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in leading a Customer Service Department and experience in leading a team – as a must
Very good knowledge of techniques for working with demanding customers, negotiation, presentation, analysis and process management skills.
Fluency in English, perfect Polish
Fluency in using MS Excel, Teams, Power Point
