Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for solving all inbound customer requests with one touch

  • Responsibility for contract adjustments and changes

  • Building customer awareness of using self-service channels, through MyHome and other local customer interfaces

  • Support the development of the CMS in collaboration with dedicated teams

  • Face-to-face customer support, i.e. walk-ins

  • Tenant communication and settlement

  • Management of late payment processes

  • Organizing satisfaction surveys among customers, proposing solutions to support high performance

  • Ensuring security of customers' personal information in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures

  • Timely reporting

  • Creating and evaluation of customer relations procedures

  • Management of the company's office

  • Managing a team of specialists

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in leading a Customer Service Department and experience in leading a team – as a must

  • Very good knowledge of techniques for working with demanding customers, negotiation, presentation, analysis and process management skills.

  • Fluency in English, perfect Polish

  • Fluency in using MS Excel, Teams, Power Point
