To provide complex support to account managers and customers with regard to customer relationship management (CRM) tools, forecasting and sales statistics,
To provide general administrative support,
To act as a key account support for one of DSM’s single largest global customers.
Ideally Bachelor’s Degree, or other higher education,
At least 3 years’ experience as an assistant in the business context,
Fluent in English, German any other European language is an asset,
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of most common IT programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook),
Excellent oral and written communication skills,
Strong team player with flexibility to work on different projects or teams.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will support account managers in different locations across Europe and their customers in providing complex administrative support and information. You will report to a Sales manager based in Switzerland. Your role will involve some internal coordination and also plenty of direct contact with DSM’s external clients.
