Customer Care Associate with Italian
Location: Kraków

Position Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible to communicate to our clients, mainly via e mail;
  • Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers and in all circumstances;
  • You will be required to fully understand our client needs in order to meet they individual requirements;
  • You will be required to answer to any client’s questions in the most efficient manner. Your e mails quality will be measured regularly and you will be provided with a feedback in order to meet the highest expectations;
  • It is mandatory to provide each client with the most suitable alternative related to the journey;
  • It is essential to have a great work practices and be able to communicate to the Client in the most professional manner;
  • Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best travel experience in each situation.

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Required language fluency: Italian - C1/C2 and English – B2;
