Your responsibilities
- Internal customer service, entering and processing orders for goods, entering and maintaining data in SAP.
- Monitoring orders, coordinating deliveries, regularly informing Customer Service departments about the status of deliveries.
- Support for the sales team and the product team to inform about the current supply situation of key products.
- Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of customer orders with carriers.
- Coordination of returns from Nilfisk branches to the central warehouse.
- Coordination of the creation and processing of shipping documents (including invoices for direct shipments from the factory to the customer).
- Proactive communication with EMEA Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, Customer Service and the Distribution Center in order to identify potential problems with the supply of Nilfisk products and to implement appropriate actions to prevent the expected problems.
- Applying the processes described in the EMEA Supply Chain Planning documents in everyday work
- Provision of replacement in the event of the absence of other employees of the EMEA Supply Chain department.
Our requirements
- Several years of similar experience of working in an international organization
- Several years of experience cooperating regularly with sales, distribution and customers within Europe and Asia
- Good knowledge of SAP environment
- Knowledge of Excel - intermediate
- Very good English level (multinational working environment)
