    We are Twisto, international fin-tech which develops financial and payment technologies in order to simplify customers’s life and offer innovative solutions for e-commerce. Having a yearlong presence on the Polish market and developing rapidly, we are looking for a new member of Twisto who will focus on managing Customer Care Team.
     
    Your key responsibility will be to take an ownership and management of customer care processes and support our customers through the whole Twisto life cycle.

    Other key responsibilities:

    • Developing processes and execute them from the Customer Care team - building on customer feedback, your own observations and the input from your team
    • Managing of performance, quality and if required, dealing with selected cases of customers complaints, systems availability or processes breakdown
    • Focus on maximizing customers satisfaction
    • Care about the business
    • Create a working environment that supports optimum workforce productivity, engagement and effectiveness

    Your experience and skills required:

    • Lead or managed a Customer Care/Collection team
    • Technical understanding of Customer Care
    • Strong communication skills
    • Have an analytical and creative mind
    • Process set up and improvement
    • Customer Care performance management
    • Know how to get the best out of people
    • Worked within digital financial services – nice to have
    • English - level B2
