Your responsibilities

  • New process development based on company OKR and key metrics

  • Measure and analyse resolution time and numbers of touch points on individual cmr contact drivers

  • Optimising Customer Care Teams processes for csat improvement

  • Analyse and optimise processes real time, according to operational needs

  • Ensure ongoing CC process updates and CC process optimizations are documented and shared accordingly

Our requirements

  • Great analytical skills

  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service

  • Experience in developing post purchase customer journeys in e commerce

  • Very good written and spoken English

  • Strong communicator

  • Structured and organised mindset

  • Proactive and positive approach to daily tasks

  • Ability to work independently, flexible and adaptable way, with a mindset ready for change
