Your responsibilities

  • Support of the existing customer base

  • Occasional customer visits in Poland and abroad together with the account owner

  • Check customer purchase order and book the order accordingly

  • Closely monitor shipment dates and expedite if necessary

  • Control of finished goods stock and initiate appropriate measures

  • Information exchange within the team and to relevant internal and external parties

  • Claim handling

  • CRM usage

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial education (or similar) is a must

  • Professional experience in sales and customer service is desirable

  • Experience in industry/manufacturing (especially steel) is beneficial

  • Fluency in Polish language, English at a B2-C1 level or above

  • Role model for our Mission Critical Behaviors (Trusting Collaboration, Sense of Urgency, Decisiveness, Effective Communication, Leadership and Relentless Drive for Improvement)

  • Good user skills of MS Office, ideally also of SAP

  • We expect that you enjoy teamwork and can both collaborate and work independently. You are goal-oriented, efficient and can positively contribute to a high-performing team. It is also extermely helpful if you are communicative and well-organized. For this role you must have an innate openness to develop yourself and learn while supporting your colleagues in doing the same.

OUTOKUMPU GROUP has opened a new Customer Care Center in Poland and we are granting you the opportunity to be a part of it. As a Customer Care Representative within Sales Europe organization, you will be responsible for creating business partnerships with internal and external customers, understanding their specific needs and providing high-quality service. In this role, you will both care for long-term clients and build successful relationships with the new ones.

The position is located in Dąbrowa Górnicza and will include some degree of traveling within Poland and other European countries when the pandemic circumstances will allow it.
