Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding Ecco products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipments
Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products
Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Strong customer driven focus
Experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) is an advantage
Experience in using ERP and CRM –within Microsoft AX and Dynamics CRM is an advantage
English, at least fluent is required
Native or at least fluent in German
