Customer Care Representative with Italian

Your responsibilities

  • Invoice customers in accordance with relevant documentation, process correction of invoices according to information provided by customers

  • Review customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions;

  • Answer all incoming customer questions and provides support to customers on all questions of moderate scope related to order status, quotations, shipping dates and returns;

  • Process incoming orders in SAP software.

  • Interface between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.

Our requirements

  • Excellent English skills and Italian, both oral and written;

  • MS-Office knowledge / ideally SAP knowledge;

  • Knowledge of SFDC CRM would be an advantage.

  • First experience in order management or customer care area would be beneficial

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;

  • Ability to work in a team environment;

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;

  • Ability to learn quickly and resolve customer inquiries.
