A Day in the Life
The main purpose of this role is to process orders in SAP system and to support all order entry activities.The jobholder will be responsible for monitoring daily incoming sales orders, analysing and resolving order issues, processing product returns, resolving price discrepancies and issuing credit notes.
You will cooperate and coordinate activities with the Front Office and sales teams in the country you are serving. You will also have a nice chance to work on special projects and continuous improvements initiatives.
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Professional experience in corporate environment or customer service (internships, regular employment, etc.);
- Very good English (B2) + additional language FRENCH /SPANISH /ITALIAN/GERMAN/ CZECH/DUTCH/SWEDISH/FINNISH/DANISH (B2)
- Ability to learn new applications/software systems;
- Communication skills and teamwork;
- Scrupulous with analytical skills, able to learn fast;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties;
- Adaptability to change;
Nice to Haves
- Additional language knowledge;
- SAP or similar ERP software knowledge;
