Your responsibilities

  • Support front office team on ocean operations ( import + export)

  • Collecting transport details and gathering documents

  • Fulfillment of export activities ( like ocean documentation requirements after container loading )

  • To order/ shipment creation for import and shipment creation for export

  • Ocean payment process (cost verification + sending invoices for payment)

  • Resolving disputes of rejected invoices and checking statements of account

Our requirements

  • University degree (minimum Bachelor) / logistics can be an advantage

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Customer Service related experience is advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills: communication, influencing, team working , problem solving,

  • Good Excel knowledge

  • Energetic and pressure resistance

  • Customer service mindset
