Your responsibilities

  • You will take care of all matters relating to product enquiries, orders, returns and complaints.

  • Your will provide our customers with advice and support in writing correspondence and on the phone, while making sure to process their concerns in a quality-conscious manner right from the start.

  • You will actively cooperate with other teams to be up to date with all essential information about our offer.

  • You also get involved in our evaluation management and help us to deliver first-class customer service!

Our requirements

  • EXPERTISE. You already have 2-3 years of experience in the field of customer care. Experience with B2B clients will be additional aset. Experience with Zendesk is a plus.

  • CUSTOMER SAVVY. You always find the right words and know how to turn our customers into fans. Your Polish is fluent or at native level and you speak English fluently, to a C1 Level. German language skills will be a nice asset.

  • TEAM SPIRIT. You are open-minded and want to join our team and become part of the expondo family!

  • DEVELOPMENT. You like technical devices and are willing to familiarise yourself with our broad product portfolio.
