Your responsibilities
servicing a Czech-speaking business customer in terms of solving problems related to the placement of their products on a well-known shopping platform i.e. problems with account registration, logging in, payment methods, deliveries, warehousing, etc.
contact mainly by e-mail, but there will also be incoming calls and chats,
building a good corporate image,
taking care of the highest quality of processes.
Our requirements
excellent command of Czech at the level of min. B2,
very good command of English at the level of min. B2,
computer skills at a high level,
communication skills: empathy, assertiveness, ability to listen actively, commitment to solving the customer's case, and free speech.
