Your responsibilities

  • servicing a Czech-speaking business customer in terms of solving problems related to the placement of their products on a well-known shopping platform i.e. problems with account registration, logging in, payment methods, deliveries, warehousing, etc.

  • contact mainly by e-mail, but there will also be incoming calls and chats,

  • building a good corporate image,

  • taking care of the highest quality of processes.

Our requirements

  • excellent command of Czech at the level of min. B2,

  • very good command of English at the level of min. B2,

  • computer skills at a high level,

  • communication skills: empathy, assertiveness, ability to listen actively, commitment to solving the customer's case, and free speech.
