    Currently we are supporting the growth of our client’s Customer Care Department within the Shared Services Sector. We are looking for Specialists with a fluent command of Czech / Slovak / German / Swedish language and very good English to join fast developing international company in the business heart of Warsaw

    On this position you will play a key role in providing high-quality service and assistance related to advanced Customer Service processes. 

    Customer Care Specialist with Czech / Slovak / German / Swedish

    Main accountabilities include the following tasks:

    • Receives inquiries from the client and coordinates their flow, so that the client gets the information they need;
    • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
    • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
    • Documents and processes complaining, recommending solutions to improve the quality of services;
    • Applying to internal and external regulations, taking care of data quality and documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent command of Czech / Slovac / German / Swedish language (C1) and very good command of English language (B2);
    • Professional background within Customer Service / IT Help Desk / Order Management / Logistic / Financial fields;
    • Experience within Shared Service Centre / Business Process Outsourcing sector is a plus;
    • Knowledge of SAP system is a plus;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
