Your responsibilities
Answering clients’ questions/requests regarding orders, invoices, products (contact via email, phone)
Daily monitoring the assigned orders and customer requests
Checking the price and quality of the products
Capturing information from logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries,
Cooperating with other teams
Implement improvements to current processes
Review payments/deductions and perform proactive payout calculations according to country specific
Our requirements
Very Good French skills min. B2
Communicative level of English
Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge
Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
High motivation and willingness to learn
Previous experience in Customer Care/ Order Management
Knowledge of SAP (would be an advantage)
